The next Scooter Show and Swap Meet will be held May 11th-14th, 2022. Please follow the link below for full details.
The club was founded by three enthusiasts from the Columbus, Ohio area with the intent to promote the collection, restoration, and riding of old motor scooters and motor bikes of the 30’s through 70’s. (The rides of our youth).
After the first single day swap meet was held in 1995 at a school yard in Newark, Ohio it became apparent that the attendees wanted more. Since that first meet the club has put on a multi-day swap and get together at Hardin County Fairgrounds in Kenton, Ohio in the middle of May where parts or entire machines can be found to support the hobby. We also get together for rides on our vintage machines several times a year as well as at other motorbike meets across the country.
Had a great time yesterday with Mid Ohio Classic Scooter club Went to eat at a favorite eating hole, Little River Cafe, in Oregonia and then to watch some members of the Ceasar Creek Soaring club fly--closest thing to humans flying like birds--we did not try, but looked like a cool thing to do, if I was younger--then we went to Ceasar's Creek Marina and had an ice cream---FUN-FUN-FUN
